วันที่ 2 ตุลาคม 2567 อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับคณะ ECAM LaSalle ประเทศฝรั่งเศส โดยผู้อำนวยการ ดร.อภิรชัย วงษ์ศรีวรพล มอบหมายให้ รศ.ดร.ธีรวัฒน์ เหล่านภากุล รองผู้อำนวยการด้านเขตเศรษฐกิจนวัตกรรม และโครงสร้าง พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนต้อนรับคณะ และได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.รวี หาญเผชิญ อาจารย์ประจำคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ และ นักวิจัยอาวุโสศูนย์ปฏิบัติการ Smart City หรือ SCOPC พร้อมด้วย อ.ดร.จิรวัฒน์ วรคันทักษ์ อาจารย์ประจำคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับ คณะศึกษาดูงานจาก ECAM LaSalle ประเทศฝรั่งเศส นำโดย อ.ดร.ภวิกา มงคลกิจทวีผล ผู้จัดการทั่วไป อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ร่วมศึกษาดูงาน

จากการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาด้านการบ่มเพาะธุรกิจหน้าใหม่ที่เกิดจากองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมจากมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งจะเป็นการส่งเสริมสตาร์ทอัพให้ร่วมงานกับหน่วยงานพันธมิตรทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ โดยมี Ms. Erin Monaghan Mr. Francois-Xavier Thiolliere และ Mr. Serge Maline จากศูนย์บ่มเพาะธุรกิจ ECAM LaSalle ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยน ตลอดจนสร้างโอกาสความร่วมมือด้านนวัตกรรมด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิตอล ร่วมกับ รศ.ดร.รวี หาญเผชิญ นักวิจัยอาวุโส ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการ Smart City หรือ SCOPC ในด้านเทคโนโลยีการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะของเมืองขอนแก่น และการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกันในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ ของ บริษัท ที.ที. ซอฟแวร์ โซลูชั่น จำกัด ผู้ประกอบการผู้ใช้บริการอาคารอำนวยการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 1

ซึ่งโครงการ Experiential Learning Program (ELP Program) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างคนรุ่นใหม่ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และมีมุมมองในด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจนวัตกรรมจากมหาวิทยาลัยนำไปสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (Entrepreneur University ) รวมทั้งเพิ่มโอกาสในการประสบความสำเร็จให้สูงขึ้นจากการเรียนรู้และทดลองจริง ซึ่งตัวแทนนักศึกษาที่ได้รับคัดเลือกจากโครงการดังกล่าง ได้แก่ นายวรพล ยั่งยืน จากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีกำหนดเข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการจากประสบการณ์จริง ในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 3 – 17 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ณ ECAM LaSalle ประเทศฝรั่งเศส (สนับสนุนโดย อว.)

RSP Northeast 1 welcomed the Business Incubation Center from ECAM LaSalle in France under the ELP program.

On September 2, 2024 Regional Science Park Khon Kaen University welcomed the Business incubation center ECAM LaSalle from France, Director Dr. Apirachai Wongsriworaphon assigned Assoc. Prof. Dr. Theerawat Laonapakul, Deputy Director for Innovation Economic Zone and Infrastructure and staff members, They were honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rawi Hanphechiy faculty of Architecture and a senior researcher at the Smart City Operation Center (SCOPC), as well as Dr. Jirawat Worakanthak faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy at Khon Kaen University, who extended their greetings to business incubation center from ECAM LaSalle in France, led by Dr. Pawika Mongkolkitthaveepol, General Manager of the Science and Technology Park at Chiang Mai University, and staff members.

From this visit, the Science Park exchanged opinions and strategies for developing new business incubation based on knowledge and innovation from universities. This will promote startups to collaborate with partner organizations both domestically and internationally. Ms. Erin Monaghan, Mr. Francois-Xavier Thiolliere, and Mr. Serge Maline from the ECAM LaSalle Business Incubator in France participated in the exchange, creating opportunities for collaboration in digital technology innovation alongside Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rawi Hanphechiy, a senior researcher at the Smart City Operation Center (SCOPC) focusing on smart city technology development in Khon Kaen. Additionally, there was an exchange of collaborative working strategies for the development of products and services with T T Software Solutions Co., Ltd., a service provider for the Regional Science Park Management Building in the Northeast.

The Experiential Learning Program (ELP Program) aims to encourage a new generation equipped with knowledge and understanding, as well as perspectives on developing innovative businesses, leading to the establishment of an Entrepreneur University. It also seeks to enhance the likelihood of success through practical learning and real-world experimentation. A selected student representative from this program is Mr.Worapon yangyun, from the Faculty of Science at Khon Kaen University, who is scheduled to participate in an entrepreneurial learning exchange based on real experiences from November 3 - 17, 2024, at ECAM LaSalle in France (supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation).
