          OIL trains the officers to recognize the mission of Science Park. Build up an industrial cooperative network with related organizations, including government as well as the private organization. Pay a visit to enterprises and introduce the project (first contact) in order to inform the details of the services. Promote the awareness and recognition to the private sectors in the area through a service publication, meeting with private companies, and business matching, etc.
